We use your information solely to provide the registration services you paid for, to communicate order updates, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Mailgun (email) as infrastructure providers. Each is subject to their own privacy policy.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely and encrypted at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized BizLaunch team members who need it to process your registration.

Data Retention

We retain your registration documents and account data for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting support@bizlaunch.ca. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal compliance.
