BizLaunch is a software platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. We provide self-help document preparation services at your specific direction.

2. Services

BizLaunch provides an online platform to help you prepare and submit business registration documents to government authorities in Canada. All filings are made at your direction.

3. Payment

Fees are charged upfront via Stripe. Our platform fee is non-refundable after we begin processing your application. Government registration fees are passed directly to the government and are non-refundable once filed.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of our platform fee within 30 days of payment if we have not yet begun processing your application. Contact support@bizlaunch.ca.

5. Disclaimer

BizLaunch is not responsible for government processing delays, rejected applications due to inaccurate information you provide, or any legal or tax consequences of your business registration choices.
